How it works
From payment to delivery, SecurebyPay protects buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction. Here's how every transaction is securely managed from start to finish.
Buyer places an Order
The buyer and seller agree on the product, price, and transaction terms. Once everything is confirmed, the transaction begins through SecurebyPay.
Buyer pays into Escrow
The buyer makes payment, and the funds are securely held by SecurebyPay. The seller is notified that payment has been received and can confidently prepare the order.
Seller prepares the Order
The seller packages the order and gets it ready for shipment. With the buyer's payment secured, the seller can fulfill the order with confidence.
Quality Assurance
For eligible transactions, the product may undergo a quality inspection to help ensure it matches the agreed condition before delivery.
Logistics Delivery
The order is handed over to a logistics partner for delivery. Throughout the process, the transaction remains protected until the buyer receives the item.
Buyer confirms with OTP
Once the order arrives, the buyer verifies delivery using a one-time password (OTP). This confirms successful receipt before payment is released.
Payment Released
After delivery is verified, SecurebyPay releases the funds to the seller. The transaction is successfully completed, giving both parties peace of mind.
Dispute Resolution
When things don't go as Planned
If there's an issue with the order, SecurebyPay provides a fair and transparent dispute resolution process. Every case is reviewed carefully to help ensure the right outcome for both buyer and seller.
Buyer Opens a Dispute
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match the agreed terms, the buyer can initiate a dispute within the allowed review period.
Chat with the Seller
The buyer and seller are encouraged to communicate directly and resolve the issue before further action is taken.
Escalate to SecurebyPay Admin
If no agreement is reached, either party can escalate the dispute for an independent review by the SecurebyPay team.
Investigation
Our team reviews the available evidence, including transaction records, delivery verification, and any supporting documentation submitted by both parties.
Refund or Seller Payment
Based on the investigation, SecurebyPay either processes a refund to the buyer or releases the payment to the seller, ensuring a fair outcome for everyone involved.
